This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Parta Cast collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and your rights under applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).
Parta Cast is operated jointly by two entities acting as co-controllers for the purposes of EU data protection law.

Parta Cast does not use cookies for advertising, behavioural tracking, or profiling. The platform contains no third-party analytics scripts, no social media trackers, and no advertising network integrations.
The mesh file you upload is used exclusively to generate the mould geometry required to produce your Kit. It is not shared with third parties, not used for training AI or machine learning models, not sold, and not retained beyond the production cycle.
The mesh file and all derived production files (shield STL files, master STL files) are stored on AEL's servers only for the duration necessary to produce and ship your order. Files are deleted following confirmed delivery or, at the latest, 30 days after the order ships. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at any time after your order ships.

Data is stored on servers located within the European Economic Area or in Hong Kong. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, AEL ensures appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

AEL implements technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transit (TLS 1.2 or higher for all connections), server-side file storage outside the public web root, access controls, and regular security review. No system is completely secure. In the event of a personal data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, AEL will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by applicable law.
Parta Cast is not directed at children under the age of 16. AEL does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this service, please contact us and we will delete the data promptly.
Parta Cast uses browser localStorage to store two preference values: theme (dark or light) and locale. These values remain on your device and are never transmitted to AEL's servers. No session cookies, authentication cookies, or third-party cookies are set by this service.
AEL may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above. Where required by law, AEL will provide notice of significant changes. The current version is always available at cast.parta.app/privacy.html.
