The entire mould geometry is computed from your mesh. No hand-tooling, no approximation, no guessing.

Set the parting line

Drag the split plane interactively in the 3D viewport. Auto, drag, or click-on-surface modes. Tilt supported.

Configure parameters

Choose shore hardness, silicone thickness (2–30 mm), FDM material, and casting mode -standard or slush.

We produce the kit

FDM shield 0.1mm layer 0.4mm nozzle. Resin master at 50 µm. Silicone pre-dosed to the cubic millimetre.

Cast at your bench

Assemble, inject your material, cure. The shield locks, the waves self-register, the holes are pre-positioned. You just pour.

Common questions.

No. Your mesh is used only to generate the mould geometry. The shield and master STL files are produced and then deleted after your order ships. We never store, share, or reuse your 3D file.
The volume of silicone required is computed from your mesh geometry - specifically the space between the resin master and the inner surface of the FDM shield. We measure this to the cubic millimetre and package exactly that amount. No waste, no shortage.
Shore A 40 works for most objects. Go softer (A20–A30) if your object has sharp undercuts or fine detail. Go harder (A60–A70) for high-pressure injection or dimensional stability over many cycles.
In slush mode the resin master halves are hollow. You partially fill the closed mould, place it in a rotation agitator for 24 hours, and the material coats the interior walls evenly -producing a lightweight hollow casting ideal for miniatures, figurines, and props.
Minor open edges usually produce acceptable results. Severe non-manifold geometry may cause boolean operations to fail. We contact you before production if the mesh cannot be processed. Tools like Meshmixer or Blender can repair most issues.
That is entirely your choice. Common materials include polyurethane resin, epoxy, gypsum, wax, chocolate, soap, and concrete. The injection gate and vent positions are standard - you extend them to suit your material. We supply the mould geometry, not the casting chemistry.
